All just a little different – No two the same

The rest all standing
This is to illustrate that although we may not like all the people we meet
and have to deal with everyday
Life would not be as exciting if we were all the same
It takes all sorts to make life what it is!

Tara

The Tara Brooch dates from the 8th century
It is on display in the National Museum
In this drawing the fabric of people
into which the pin is set
represents the centuries of people
who have worn, owned or touched the brooch
One is inclined to imagine just
what this small piece of metal
has seen and experienced
and what tales of Ireland it could tell,
if it had a voice………

Without you…

This drawing tries to depict the feelings of loneliness
experienced by anyone who has had a relationship
with another person
and then is separated from him or her
Whether the separation is forever or just an hour
a day, a week…..
The feeling of loneliness is so unbelievably strong
it can change ones personality
affect the ability to function normally
and in the extreme cases people do die of a broken heart

Variety is the spice of life!
……….and if you do
